Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026

These terms explain the rules for using GRAVE SHIFT and graveshift.cc, provided by null set games.

1. Scope and your agreement

These terms apply to our website, game-related services, and any optional GRAVE SHIFT Discord presence integration. By using these services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the affected service.

Copies obtained through Steam are also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and any license terms supplied with the game. These website terms do not replace your purchase, refund, or other rights under Steam's terms or applicable law.

2. Eligibility

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use them only with any permission or supervision required by local law. GRAVE SHIFT contains horror and violent content; follow applicable age ratings and the eligibility requirements of Steam and Discord.

3. Permitted use

You may access the public website and play a copy of GRAVE SHIFT that you lawfully obtain, subject to its applicable license. Do not use our services to:

• Break applicable law, infringe another person's rights, or distribute malware.
• Harass or threaten others, impersonate null set games, or submit someone else's contact details without permission.
• Attack, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems, private tools, or other people's information.
• Bypass access controls or use our services to send spam.

Nothing here restricts rights that applicable law gives you, including lawful accessibility use, interoperability, or security research. If you discover a security issue, please report it privately to keeper@graveshift.cc.

4. Intellectual property and third-party components

The game, website, names, artwork, music, code, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Access to the services does not transfer ownership or give you permission to redistribute game assets or imply our endorsement. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and notices, including notices distributed with the game.

5. Optional Discord presence

Where included in your game version, the optional integration is limited to displaying that you are playing GRAVE SHIFT, with game artwork, through a locally running Discord client. It does not require an in-game Discord login or account linking, and does not add a friends list, chat, or multiplayer invites.

You control activity visibility through Discord's settings. Discord provides that service under its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee that activity will appear on every device or client.

6. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains local diagnostics, optional game analytics, website traffic measurement, and information you provide when contacting us. Declining game analytics does not restrict play. If you previously signed up for game updates, you can ask us to remove your signup by emailing keeper@graveshift.cc.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the game, change features, or suspend a service for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every system, or that every bug will be fixed. Keep backups of important local saves. Any change remains subject to obligations imposed by applicable law and the platform through which you obtained the game.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties. We do not exclude or limit any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights. Each party remains responsible for its conduct under applicable law.

9. Updates to these terms

We will post revisions here with an updated effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively, with additional notice or consent when required by law. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the affected service; this does not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

10. Contact

For questions about these terms or our services, contact null set games at keeper@graveshift.cc.
